Food Sampling & Wine Tasting Healthy food and preparation is the focus of this event.  Offering samples of healthy soul food recipes and 2-3 wines for those looking for alternatives to eating out. This is targeted for those with early diabetes, blood pressure or looking to lose weight  & maintain improved lifestyle..  Self help displays & goodie bags for participants, all with Neo-Soul classics playing in the  background .

This is a part of the different events and seminars the Noelli Center will be offering , with the overal goal of improving health among Minorities and Women
